Cancellation and Refund Policy

At NextGen AI, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Cancellations

  • Service cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once a service or digital product has been delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or customized projects unless there is a technical error on our part.
